Welcome to Duanesburg Tae Kwon Do

Duanesburg Tae Kwon Do was the first Duanesburg based martial arts school to serve the Duanesburg community.  We train students from the age of 4 to adult in the art of tae kwon do and self-defense.  Tae Kwon Do promotes mental and ethical discipline, etiquette, respect and self-confidence.

All new students with any athletic ability can take advantage of our "FIRST MONTH FREE" promotion.  We encourage family participation; brothers, sisters, mom and dad.

Fitness Bootcamp

bootcamp

Increase your metabolism at the same time as increasing your lean muscle and burning fat... all while having fun at our new fitness boot camp.  This program is desiged with high intensity cardio exercises along with strength training in a circuit format.  We will start with a warm up including stretching and foam rolling then shift to short intense blasts of cardio such as sprints, lunges and squats along with strength training exercises such as dips, planks and weights.  We will be sure to save some time for an abdominal set to strengthen your core.

This class will encourage you to work at your own fitness level but will push you to increase intensity.  Use the class to supplement your current exercise routine or to help you jump start your program.

The class is free to all current members of Duanesburg Tae Kwon Do.  For friends and future members, the cost is $10 per class.
